Eagle Nebula

The Eagle Nebula is a captivating diffuse emission nebula housing the iconic Pillars of Creation. Within the associated star cluster are approximately 8,100 stars, and the northeastern pillar stretches an impressive 9.5 light-years. This celestial gem is found 5,700 light-years away in the Serpens constellation and is strikingly presented in the SHO (Hubble Palette) with over 8 hours of exposure time.
